We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping options
European Union (EU)
Customers in the European Union may see either Standard Shipping or Premium Shipping at checkout, depending on the destination and available shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- EU Standard Shipping: approximately 4-10 business days
- EU Tracked Shipping (Premium): approximately 3-7 business days
Non-EU destinations
For destinations outside the European Union, we currently offer Premium Shipping only.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Non-EU Premium Shipping: approximately 6-20 business days
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
- EU: Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Non-EU: Premium Shipping includes tracking where available for the destination country.
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the relevant shipping information after dispatch.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are not collected at checkout. They must be paid by the customer upon import or delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
